2002-2004. 6 P. Mirnogo St. (Pechersk district). The building has been purchased on credit. The project for the trading-office complex with the area of 3200 square meters has been accomplished and approved. An investor for 70 % of the building area was attracted in May 2003. The certificate of inspection was received in February 2004. Plot location has been validated. Expected rental revenue constitutes up to 25 % a year.
2003-2004. Project of medical and sanitation center with the area of 3000 square meters in Solomensky district. Design work is in progress.
2002-2004. Investment in construction of mansard premise with the area of 240 square meters in Shevchenkovsky district (private customer). Expected rental revenue constitutes up to 30 % a year.
Kiev region:
1996-1997. Construction of shopping centre with the area of 1500 square meters in the town of Boryspol. 100 % were sold during construction stage.
2000-2004. Trade and service center on the route Kyiv-Kharkiv. Project — 3600 square meters. The 1st line (500 m2) was sold during construction stage. Profitability constitutes 50 % a year. For the 2nd line (3200 m2) an investor is attracted; design work is in progress.
2003-2004. Route Kyiv-Kharkiv (town of Boryspol). Concept development of the trade and service center with the landscape restaurant and mini-hotel with the area of 3000 square meters on the plot of 0.9 hectare. Land tenure has been registered, design development is being carried out. The construction activity is planned to be started in 3-rd quarter of 2004.
2003-2004. «Stalinvest» company. Selection of a plot, design development, plot location for the construction of a plant manufacturing metallic tile and profiled sheet in the town of Boryspol. Plot area — 3.5 hectares. Building area — 13000 square meters. The project has been accomplished and approved. The preparatory work is being carried out.
2004. «Avon Cosmetics Ukraine» company. Pre feasibility study and design development of a warehouse and office complex in Boryspol region, participation in realization of the tender for construction work at the cost of 18.5 million hryvnas. Plot area — 3.5 hectares. Building area — 11000 square meters. The «Design» phase has been accomplished, the project is undergoing appraisal. The preparatory work is being carried out.
2003-2004. «EKO» company. Plot location consulting and justification of disposition of a logistic center in the town of Boryspol. Plot area — up to 8 hectares. Building area — up to 12000 square meters. Plot location and design development phases have been accomplished.
2003-2004. «Rewico-Ukraine» company. Plot location consulting and justification of disposition of wholesale stores in the town of Boryspol. Plot area — up to 8 hectares. Building area — up to 12000 square meters. Plot location and design development phases have been accomplished.
2004. Concept development of a low-rise building in the Kiev region:- village of Kryukovschina: draft design has been made, feasibility study has been conducted. Plot area — 42 hectares. Living area — 93000 square meters. Commercial and public constructions area — 11000 square meters. Plot location and financing are being validated by the customer.
