One of examples should be the frame-panel building technology. It is used for construction of public premises, production and storage buildings, trade complexes, gas-oil stations and superstores.

What are the frame-panel buildings?

Building structural layout. The main structural units: load-bearing frame, roofing, walls, gate, windows, doors.

Load-bearing frame
The braced load-bearing frame is made of steel. Framing elements and bearing columns are manufactured of steel rolling sections. Framing is fastened to the basement by the hinge. Additional bearing wall and roofing components are manufactured of steel galvanized Z-sections. All frame components are covered with corrosion-resistant proofing. Structural units can be painted (using enamel paint) in any color by customer's request.

Roofing and walls
Roofing and walls are made chiefly in two modifications:

on basis of sandwich-panels with the mineral cotton or the polyurethane foam inside. Panel is covered with zinc and polyesther varnish (RAL color spectrum).

on basis of galvanized steel profiled sheet. Sheet is covered with polyesther varnish. Covering can be with heat insulation and without heat insulation. Materials of TM «Rockwool» are used as the heat-retention lagging.

Gate, windows, doors
By customer's request, the different variations of gates and doors could be supplied: aluminum, metallic, sectional with mechanical or electrical actuator. Aluminum windows sections are manufactured by leading producers (Reynaers, SARAY, Yawal).
